- Please write your story as you would like it to appear on the website.
- Any questions regarding treatments - please consider posting to the yahoo group.
- Pictures - not a must.....but who doesn't love to show off their children! (contact Kelly if you need help)
- Please remember that your story will help educate another family
- Write about whatever........the day your baby was born or brought into your family, anticipation of the first surgery (or other surgeries), some fun facts about your child, their siblings (if any), the doctor if you choose to share........
- Submit Your Story by email to Kelly at kellyaluckey@yahoo.com - Subject: "MY" Lucky Smiles Story. One story will be chosen and posted to the website monthly.
